At Animate USA Online Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
